National Health Mission (NHM), UP seeks to provide universal access to equitable, affordable and quality health care, which is accountable, yet at the same time responsive to the needs of the people, resulting in the reduction of child and maternal deaths, as well as population stabilization, gender and demographic balance. NHM, U.P. is seeking applications from eligible candidates for 2,900+ contractual vacancies of Lab Technician, STS and STLS, detail of which is mentioned below:-

Essential Qualification: Degree in medical laboratory technology (mlt) or intermediate (10+2) in science with diploma in medical laboratory technology the degree/diploma is being from a recognized university/ institute by central government or state government. Permanent two wheeler driving liscence & should be able to drive two wheeler. Two months certificate course in computer. Registration from up state medical faculty.
5. Desired Experience: One year of experience in NTEP For Candidates who have experience in NTEP:- Experience Certificate issued by the District TB Officer of the District where candidate has worked/working. For Candidates who have experience with partner Organizations supporting NTEP:- Experience Certificate issued by the State Team Head/HR Head of concerned Organization. The experience certificate should mention the nature of work and duration explicitly.

Selection Procedure
Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria. Admissionto Computer basedTest will be purely provisional. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents when the candidate reportsfor document verification, if shortlisted.
1. Test Cities: The Computer Based Test will be held at major cities of Uttar Pradesh as mentioned in the online application form. Candidates may opt for three test cities preferred from the list and the same cannot be changed after the online form is submitted. NHM reserves the right to allocate any test city or change the test city opted by the candidate. NHM reservesthe right to add or delete any city(s)from the list basedon thenumber of applicants.
2. Computer based Test: The Computer based Test will be held for duration of 2 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two sections of total 100 marks. Section-I (80 Marks) will consist of Professional Knowledge (Discipline/Domain related) and Section-II (20 Marks) will consist of General Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and Basic Computer knowledge with 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ). Each question will carry 1 mark and there is NO NEGATIVE marking for wrong answer. Nomarks will be awardedfor un-attemptedquestions.The question paper shall be set in bilingual language i.e. English and Hindi only. However, in case of any inconsistency in Hindi version, the English versionof the question shall be valid & final.

i) The candidates shall apply through online mode only as per the qualifications and eligibility criteria indicated above.
ii) Candidates are required to apply On-line through NHM website in English only. No other means/mode of submission of applications will be accepted under any circumstances.
iii) Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in on-line application. Any mistake committed by the candidate shall be his/her sole responsibility. Once the application is submitted, no change/edit will be allowed, thereafter.
iv) Candidates should enter their Name, Father’s Name and Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculationcertificate only. In case of name change, candidates should indicate their changed Name only in the online application. However, other details should match with the Matriculation certificate. Date of such change (or) application for such change should be prior to the date of ONLINE registration. Gazette Notification or any other legal document as applicable for such cases should be submitted atthe time of Document Verification (DV).
v) The on-line registration processinvolves 02 (two)stepsforsuccessfulfilling upof the applicationform.
vi) The candidates should ensure the completion of both the Step 1 and Step 2 of the registration process within the stipulated date. Candidates in their own interest are advised, not to wait till the last date &time and register their application well within the time. NHM shall not be held responsible, if the candidates are not able to submit their application due to last minute rush on account of heavy load on internet/website jam/disconnection etc.
vii) Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and Mobile number. It should be kept active duringthe currency of this recruitment process. Registration number, password, admit card for Computer Based Test, call letter for document verification or any other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID of candidate (also check email in spam/junk box). The candidates are,therefore, requested to check regularly their e-mail for any communication from NHM. Under no circumstances, the candidate shouldshare/mentione-mail ID or passwordto/or any other candidate /person. Please note thattheAdmit Card for Computer Based Test(CBT)will not be sent by post.
viii) The candidates found provisionally eligible shall be issued admit cards for appearing in Computer Based Test, at their own expenses.
