Educational Qualification: PG Diploma, MHA, MPH, MHM

1. Post Name: Consultant - Quality Improvement

2. Roles & Responsibilities:

a) Review the contemporary literature and programme guidelines, and examine the existing measurement system (ME & checkpoints) under the NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, and Kayakalp

b) Support the division in drafting of other initiatives

c) Support the States with Implementation of NQAS and Kayakalp 

d) Development of Resource Material 

e) Conduct trainings 

f) Any other task, as per need of the QI Division

3. Qualification & Experience: For achieving above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess following qualifications & experience

4. Possess MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BYMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS degree with either of the following Two years’ full-time Post graduate degree from a reputed institute:

a. Master’s in Hospital Administration

b. Master’s in Hospital Management

c. Master’s in Public Health

d. Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management

5. 3 years’ post-qualification experience as on 28 th December 2021

6. At least one year experience of implementation of National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS)

7. Work Location: New Delhi; Opportunity to gain hands on experience of public health canvas of states and districts. Travel to states and districts may be involved.

8. Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- Fee offered within the band will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

9. Other Benefits:

In addition to the renumeration mentioned above, Consultants of NHSRC are entitled to Free Accidental insurance, Subsidized Medical insurance, Mobile bills reimbursement, Laptop reimbursement (As per NHSRC Policy), 30 days Consolidated leave, fully paid Maternity leave (For Female Consultants) as per Government of India policy, performance linked increments, TA/ DA and per diem for on-duty visits.

10. Duration of Contract: Initial Contract till 31st March 2023 (with further extension subject to satisfactory performance)
