Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for General Manager – Credit Monitoring

• Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM from a recognized University/Institution.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years’ experience in Banks/AIFIs/NBFCs/HFCs. Out of which, minimum 10 years must be in housing finance. Must have headed the credit function as Zonal/National Head or be holding a regular post of Scale VI/Grade E.
• Age Limit: 40–55 years (as on 01.01.2026).

Eligibility for General Manager – Treasury

• Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM in Management-related fields.
• Experience: At least 20 years’ experience in Banking or Financial Services. Out of this, minimum 10 years in Money Market/Government Securities/Forex/Integrated Treasury Operations.
• Desirable: Domain knowledge of Banking, Forex, regulatory norms, IT, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Age Limit: 45–60 years (as on 01.01.2026).

Selection Process

Selection will be based on Shortlisting and Interview. Preliminary screening may be conducted by a Screening Committee. Group Discussion may be conducted if required for shortlisting. The merit list will be prepared in descending order of Interview scores.
