Eligibility for Resource Person (Academic-Operations)

• Essential: Post Graduate
• Experience: 1 year in Academics & Skilling

Eligibility for Consultant (DFT and FPGA Validation)

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/VLSI/related fields
• Experience: 6-10 years in VLSI Industry

Eligibility for Consultant (Physical Design)

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/VLSI/related fields
• Experience: 6-10 years in VLSI Industry

Eligibility for Team Lead (VLSI Design)

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/VLSI/related fields
• Experience: 6-10 years in R&D

Eligibility for VLSI Design Expert/ Junior VLSI Engineer

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/VLSI/related fields
• Experience: 1-2 years in relevant field

Eligibility for Senior Trainers (VLSI Design)/ Senior VLSI Engineer

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/VLSI/related fields
• Experience: 3-5 years in R&D
• Desirable: PhD duration counted as R&D experience

Eligibility for DevOps Engineer

• Essential: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT
• Experience: 3-5 years in Cloud Platforms (AWS mandatory)

Eligibility for Full Stack Engineer

• Essential: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT
• Experience: 3-5 years in Full Stack Development

Eligibility for Resource Person (Admin and Account)

• Essential: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 1-2 years in Administrative roles in government projects

Eligibility for Assistant

• Essential: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 1 year in relevant field

Eligibility for LMS Developer

• Essential: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT
• Experience: 3-5 years in LMS Development

Note: Qualifications must be from Govt. recognized University/Institutions.

Important Dates

• Walk-in Date: 16 January 2026
• Document Verification: 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM
• Interview: 11:00 AM onwards

Application Fee

Non-refundable Registration Fee of ₹500/- per position. To be deposited online in specified Bank Account on or before Document Verification & Walk-in-Interview date.

Selection Process

Based on performance in the walk-in-interview and eligibility as per prescribed criteria. Only candidates who clear Document Verification will appear in Walk-in-Interview. NIELIT may create a panel for contractual deployment valid for one year.

1. Attend Walk-in Document Verification and Interview at the venue on 16 January 2026.
2. Fill Application Form, attach self-certified documents and Payment Receipt.
3. Report before 11:30 AM for Document Verification.
4. Deposit ₹500/- fee online in specified account.
5. Do not send application by post.

General Information

• Purely contractual engagement, initially for 6 months or 1 year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
• Applicants must bring original documents for verification.
• No TA/DA for appearing in interview.
• Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
• Applications without fee will be rejected.
• Jurisdiction for legal dispute: Delhi.
