Eligibility for Laboratory Manager

• Essential Qualification: Master's Degree in Life Sciences.
• Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in handling clinical biospecimens (blood, plasma, serum) including PBMC isolation, serological assays, and large-scale biorepository sample management. Proven expertise in biorepository operations — sample processing, cataloguing, storage, and quality control. Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, ELISA, and gel electrophoresis. Experienced in mammalian cell culture, plasmid isolation, and assessment of cell health using flow cytometer, multimode plate readers, and biochemical assays. Experience in laboratory management, including LIMS-based documentation, reagent and equipment inventory, SOP preparation, biosafety and QA/EQC compliance. Skilled in supervising and mentoring junior staff, interns, and research assistants, and effectively coordinating multi-institutional sample transfers to ensure seamless workflow execution.
• Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates who have scientific publications in the relevant research areas mentioned under the essential experience.

Rs. 55,000/- (Consolidated)
