Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, MCA

a) Name of the Post: Quality Assurance Tester

b) Location: New Delhi

c) Essential Qualification: MCA or B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/related field or equivalent degree

d) Key Requirements

1. Report bugs and errors to development teams

2. Help troubleshoot issues

3. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

4. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle

5. Reviewing and analyzing system specifications

6. Executing test scripts and reviewing results

7. Reporting and documenting technical issues

8. Review and analyze system specifications

9. Develop effective strategies and test plans

10. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

11. Create logs to document testing phases and defects

e) Knowledge & Experience

1. 2-5 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

2. Experience in project management and QA methodology

3. Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JMeter) and SQL

4. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, regression testing and Selenium is a plus

5. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Attention to detail

8. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

9. Strong organizational skills
