Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow in a DSTSERB funded project entitled “Design and Development of a Highly Efficient Microfluidic Pumping and Mixing Device for Accurate Biochemical Analysis with Deep Learning Method”. Selected Candidates will be involved in fabrication and performance evaluation of Microfluidic device for biochemical applications. 1. Name of the Position: Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) 2. Number of Positions: 01 3. Department: Instrumentation and Control Engineering 4. Duration of the JRF position: 03 Years 5. Consolidated monthly Fellowship/Salary : 1st and 2nd Year - (INR 31,000 + HRA) per month 3 rd Year - (INR 35,000 + HRA) per month 6. Eligibility: Essential Qualifications: M.E/M.Tech - (Microelectronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics/ Mechanical) and relevant areas. B.E/B.Tech - (Instrumentation/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical or any Relevant Branches) Candidate must have valid GATE score. 7. Desirable Experience : (i) Candidates with experience on MEMS, NX CAD, ANSYS, MATLAB, AUTOCAD, FEM or COMSOL MULTIPHYSISCS, and (ii) Prior experience of working in a cleanroom environment, designing and fabrication of microstructures, will be preferred. 8. Other Benefits : The selected candidate may be registered for Ph.D. at NIT Jalandhar as per the institute norms.
