Educational Qualification: High School* or equivalent with five years experience in related field from a Government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the relevant area or ITI or National Trade certificate of National Council for Vocational Training and successful completion of ATS in relevant trade from a Government recognized board.

Pay Scale:
INR
17000
/- Per Month

Age Limit: 28 years.

National Institute of Virology (NIV) Logo

Virus Research Center (VRC) was established in Pune in 1952 under the joint auspices of ICMR and Rockefeller Foundation, as part of the global programme of investigations on the arthropod-borne group of viruses. It was renamed as National Institute of Virology (NIV) in 1978. NIV is also the National Centre for Hepatitis and Influenza. In 1995 it has been redesignated as the WHO Collaborating Centre for Arbovirus and Haemorrhagic Fever Reference and Research and Rapid Diagnosis of Viral Diseases.
