DHFWS Panchkula Invites Application for 8 Refrigerator Mechanics, Nutrition Counselor and More Vacancies Recruitment 2022

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts under National Health Mission, Posts are purely on contract basis for fixed contract period strictly on performance basis initially upto 31.03.2022 and may be extended subject to further administrative approval. 

1. Name of the Post: District Programme Coordinators '(NPCDCS)

2. No of post & Place of Posting: Total 01 post 1 post for O/o. Civil Surgeon. Panchkula

3. Qualification Eligibility: MBBS/BDS from institution recognized by MCI/DCI respectively. Diploma/ Master in Public Health/CHA.

a) Experience: At least one year experience of working in Health services/Public Health Programme. Working Knowledge of operating computer and internet usage.

4. Entry Level Pay as per Service Bye Laws-2018 (per month): Rs. 18460/-

1. Name of the Post: DEIC Manager (RBSK)

2. No of post & Place of Posting: Total 01 post 01 post for Civil Hospital, Sector• 06, Panchkula

3. Qualification Eligibility: 

(i) MPH/ MBA (Health)/ MDRA/ MHA

(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.

(iii) Minimum 2 years of working experience.

(iv) Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in public health programme/project/health project.

4. Entry Level Pay as per Service Bye Laws-2018 (per month): Rs.16090/-

1. Name of the Post: Account Assistant (RCH/NUHM /PHC)

2. No of post & Place of Posting: Total 03 posts 01 for (RCH) Civil Surgeon Office 01 for (NUHM) UPHC Kalka 01 for PHC Surajpur, Urban Polycl#lic Pinjore and CHC Nanakpur

3. Qualification Eligibility: 

(i) B.Com from a recognized institute with at least 55% marks,

(ii) Hindi Sanskrit upto Matric.

(iii) Knowledge of Tally ERP.9 Software (Certificate for the same is required). (iv) one year post qualification experience related to account.

4. Entry Level Pay as per Service Bye Laws-2018 (per month): Rs.12500/-.

1. Name of the Post: Nutrition Counselor (NCR)

2. No of post & Place of Posting: Total 01 post 01 post for Civil Hospital, Sector- 06, Panchkula

3. Qualification Eligibility: 

(i) Masters degree in Food and Nutrition/Public Health Nutrition with one year experience OR Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics / Public Health Nutrition with two years experience.

(ii) Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills.

(iii) Appreciation of, and sensitivity to local cultural issues related to IYCF activities and Nutrition.

(iv) Fluency in Hindi. English & other local languages.

(v) Basic knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

(vi) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

4. Entry Level Pay as per Service Bye Laws-2018 (per month): Rs.9840/-

1. Name of the Post: Field officers cum counselors (Haemoglobi nopathies)

2. No of post & Place of Posting: Total 01 post 1 post for O/o Civil Surgeon Panchkula

3. Qualification Eligibility: 

(i) MSW or MA (Psychology, Sociology) from a recognized institutions with two years experience in health sector and 6 months certificate course in Computers

(ii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric

4. Entry Level Pay as per Service Bye Laws-2018 (per month): Rs. 9840/-

1. Name of the Post: Refrigerator Mechanics (Child Health)

2. No of post & Place of Posting: Total 01 post 01 post for O/o, Civil Surgeon. Panchkula

3. Qualification Eligibility: 

(i) Certificate course in Refrigeration & Air condition/ Motor Mechanic/Elcctrical passed from recognized ITI institution with having working minimum 3 years working experience in repairing cold chain equipment

(ii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

4. Entry Level Pay as per Service Bye Laws-2018 (per month): Rs.7580/.

Selection Procedure

1. List of provisionally eligible and not eligible candidates will be uploaded on web site i.e. nhmharyana.gov.in only after scrutiny of applications for written test. Candidates are instructed to visit the above said web site regularly for date of Written Test, as no separate call letter/communication in hard copy will be sent to the provisionally eligible candidates on their correspondence addresses.

2. Written test will be conducted for screening of the candidates and those candidates who are unable to get 40% in screening/proficiency test will not be shortlisted for further process of recruitment. Written test/Screening test/proficiency test is a test to check IQ, General knowledge and information of the candidate about concerned subject. Minimum 40% marks are mandatory to qualify the written examination & Computer Test each. The candidate who will qualify the written test will only be eligible for Computer Test,
