Educational Qualification:
Psychiatrist: MD in Psychiatry or equivalent Degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India and Desirable : 2 Year experience of working as a specialist in a hospital.
District Program Coordinator:
1.MBBS/BDS/from institution recognized by MCI/DCI respectively
2.Diploma / Master in Public Health/CHA.
District Consultant: (i) MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-Full time) with 2 years experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with Database Management Programme and commonly used packages like MS word, excel, PowerPoint. (ii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
District Quality Manager: (i) MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Life Science graduate with Masters in Hospital administration/ Health Management with one year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration. (ii) Candidates with experience in Healthcare Quality/formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with Database Management Program and commonly used packages like MS word, excel, PowerPoint. (iii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
Para Medical Worker: (i) High School/Higher Secondary holding certificate of PMW training. MSW/B.Sc. With 3 year's experience in the field of Health. (ii) Working Knowledge of Computers (iii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
Block Asha Coordinator: (i) Bachelor degree in arts having optional subject of Sociology/Psychology/Rural Development (ii) At least 1 year post-qualification experience in community mobilization or related field activities in health sector. (iii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to matric.
