Educational Qualification:
(i) Degree in any subject from a recognized university with three years experience in Cash, Accounts, and Budget work in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organisation; or
(ii) Degree in any subject from a recognized university with three years experience in Cash, Accounts, and Budget work with completed training in Cash and Accounts Work from the Institute of Secretariat Training And Management or any other training Institute recognized by the Government of India.
