Stenographer and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 16 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Administrative Officer:
(i) Degree in any subject from a recognised university
(ii) Two years experience in accounts, administration, establishment work in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body.

Stenographer:
i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the present cadre or department; or
ii) with ten years’ regular service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs.25500-Rs.81100/-) in the parent cadre or department.

Accounts Officer:
(i) Degree in any subject from a recognised university with three years experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organisation; or
(ii) Degree in any subject from a recognised university with three years experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work with completed training in Cash and Accounts Work from Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or any other training Institute recognised by Government of India.

Library and Information Assistant:
i) Bachelors degree in Library Science or Library Information science from a recognised university/ institute.
ii) Two years professional experience in a Library under the Central Government or State Government or autonomous or statutory organisation or public sector undertakings or recognised university or recognised research/educational institution.

Office Superintendent:
(A) Officers under the Central Government:-
i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis; or
ii) Holding post in level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs.25500-Rs. 81100/-) with ten years regular service in the grade; and
(B) Having two years experience in Administration, Establishment and Accounts matters.

Pay Scale:
INR
35400-142400/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
