Walk-in-interview for the following post (on contractual basis only) for the project entitled, "A Prospective Cohort Study to Evaluate the Severity and Outcomes of SARS-CoV-2 infection and Correlation of Clinical Outcomes with Virus Variants" under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India will be held on 15th March, 2022 (Reporting time : 9:00 AM) in the Department of General Medicine, NEIGRIHMS, Shillong: 1. Name of the Post: Clinical Research Officer (equivalent to Principal Project Associate) 2. Number of Post: 01 (One) 3. Eligibility Qualification: a) Master's Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine (MBBS/BDS/Ayush graduate) from a recognised University or equivalent along with desirable experience of 8 (Eight) years in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services OR b) Doctoral Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Pharma/MD/MS from a recognised University of equivalent and along with 4 (Four) years desirable experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services 4. Monthly Emoluments: Rs.49,000/- + HRA

The North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute Of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) stands as a premier super-specialty teaching and referral institute equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Established in 1987 by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, it holds the distinction of being the first central government health institution in the North East.
