Educational Qualification:
Deputy Registrar: Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Finance from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.
Secretary to Vice Chancellor: (i) The candidates need to hold a Graduate degree in any stream. (ii) Must have a work experience of at least five years as a Personal Assistant or/and in a Supervisory Capacity or equivalent in a University or Institute, or a Government/Quasi Government/ Private organization.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.
Application Fee: Application fee must be submitted in Demand Draft of Rs.1,000/-(Rs.500/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH category) in favor of “Netaji Subhas Open University” payable at ‘Kolkata’ and to be enclosed along with the application form at the time of submission of the application.
