Key Instructions for Candidates

  • Eligibility: Only candidates belonging to the State of Rajasthan are eligible. Candidates must have passed their qualifying exam in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
  • Prior Apprenticeship/Experience: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training at NLCIL or elsewhere are not eligible. Candidates with one year or more of work experience are also not eligible.
  • Reservation: 50% of ITI slots are reserved for candidates from Rajiv Gandhi ITI, Barsingsar. 40% of Diploma/Graduate slots are reserved for Wards of Project Affected Persons (PAP), and 10% for Wards of NLCIL Employees.
  • Percentage Calculation: Selection is purely merit-based on the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination. Overstatement of marks will lead to disqualification. If the result is in CGPA, multiply by 10 or use the university's official conversion formula and attach proof.
  • NAPS/NATS Profile: Ensure your profile on the NAPS/NATS portal is correctly updated before applying.
  • Document Submission: Incomplete applications or those without the required self-attested copies will be rejected.
