Educational Qualification:Post-specific qualifications from recognized Universities/Institutions in India. For RE: Fulltime Graduate in Engineering with min. 60% marks. For Finance: CA/CMA. For Land: PG Degree/Diploma/MSW/MBA/Graduate in Engineering with min. 60% marks.
Experience:Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training period) in the relevant area, with specific experience in Renewable Energy Developers (≥50 MW projects) for RE and Land posts. For Govt/PSU candidates, specific pay scale requirements apply.
Age Limit:Maximum 40 years as on the last date of online application (31.08.2026). Relaxations: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. guidelines.
Pay Scale: E-4 Grade/IDA w.e.f. 01.01.2017 (₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000).
Selection Procedure:
- Application Shortlisting/Screening based on qualifications, percentage of marks, and years of experience.
- Multistage Selection which may include Written Test, Group Discussion, and/or Interview (or a combination).
- Medical Examination as per NGEL standards.

- All experience-related documents (Appointment/Joining/Relieving letters, pay slips for each year, Form-16 for last three years, role assignment/transfer orders) in chronological order.
