Note: Pay Scale: E-4 Grade/IDA w.e.f 01.01.2017 (₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000). Upper Age Limit: 40 years (Relaxation: SC/ST +5 yrs; OBC +3 yrs; PwBD +10 yrs). Reservations for PwBD as per Govt. Guidelines. Vacancies may increase/decrease at NGEL's discretion.

Educational Qualification:Post-specific qualifications from recognized Universities/Institutions in India. For RE: Fulltime Graduate in Engineering with min. 60% marks. For Finance: CA/CMA. For Land: PG Degree/Diploma/MSW/MBA/Graduate in Engineering with min. 60% marks.
Experience:Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training period) in the relevant area, with specific experience in Renewable Energy Developers (≥50 MW projects) for RE and Land posts. For Govt/PSU candidates, specific pay scale requirements apply.
Age Limit:Maximum 40 years as on the last date of online application (31.08.2026). Relaxations: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. guidelines.
Pay Scale:
E-4 Grade/IDA w.e.f. 01.01.2017 (₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000).
Selection Procedure:
- Application Shortlisting/Screening based on qualifications, percentage of marks, and years of experience.
- Multistage Selection which may include Written Test, Group Discussion, and/or Interview (or a combination).
- Medical Examination as per NGEL standards.
Application Fee (Non-Refundable): General/EWS/OBC: ₹500/-; SC/ST/PwBD/XSM & Female Candidates: NIL. Fee to be paid online through SBI Collect Payment Gateway.

- Read the Advertisement: Read the full advertisement and instructions carefully.
- Register Online: Click on the application link to register. A valid Email ID and Mobile Number are mandatory.
- Fill the Application Form: Complete the online application form with accurate personal, educational, and experience details. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
- Upload Documents: Upload clear and legible scanned copies of all required documents (as listed in the instructions), including:
- Class X/Matriculation Certificate (Date of Birth proof), Aadhaar, PAN.
- All semester/year-wise mark sheets and degree certificates for the essential qualification, along with the marks conversion formula (if CGPA/CGPI etc.).
- Caste/Disability/EWS certificates (in the latest prescribed Central Government format).
- All experience-related documents (Appointment/Joining/Relieving letters, pay slips for each year, Form-16 for last three years, role assignment/transfer orders) in chronological order.
- Pay Application Fee: Pay the applicable fee (if not exempted) through the SBI Collect Payment Gateway.
- Submit Application: Submit the application before the deadline: 31 August 2026, 18:00 Hrs.
- Print Application Slip: Download and print the system-generated application slip with the unique form number for future reference.
