Educational Qualification

Essential: Regular/Full-time M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized Indian University/Institute with at least 60% marks in aggregate. (SC, ST, and PwBD candidates with passing marks are also eligible).

Note for Final Year Students: Candidates expecting their final result by 31 July 2026 may also apply provisionally.

Pay Scale & Benefits

Selected candidates will be appointed on a Pay Scale of Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000/- at Basic Pay of Rs. 30,000/- (E0 Grade) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances as per company rules. This is an excellent salary for a Sarkari Naukri at the entry level in a PSU.

NTPC Selection Process & Online Exam Pattern

The selection will be based on an All-India Online Selection Test followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination. Candidates must qualify separately in both parts of the exam.

Service Bond: Selected candidates (General/EWS/OBC) must execute a bond of Rs. 2,50,000/- to serve NTPC for at least 3 years post-training. For SC/ST/PwBD, the bond amount is Rs. 1,25,000/-.
