Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Individual Consultant (Full Stack Developer) - Level I

• Essential Qualification: Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) or B.Tech/BE Degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE)/Information Technology (IT)/related discipline from a recognised university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 0-3 years post qualification relevant experience in full stack development with a portfolio of websites/web applications. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React). Back-end development experience using ASP.NET MVC & Web API, Node.js, Python, or PHP. Experience with API integration and databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Desirable Skills: Familiarity with content management systems, website security, GIGW & WCAG compliance. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Age Limit: Below 62 years (as on 31/01/2026).
