Educational Qualification: (i) M.E./M.Tech. (Electronics and Communication Engineering/ VLSI/ Embedded / Microelectronics / Nanotechnology / Microwave Engg.) or equivalent preferably with NET / GATE score. OR (ii) M.Sc. (Electronics)/M.Sc. (Physics)/ M.Sc. (Nanotechnology) or equivalent preferably with NET/GATE score.
