Number of Vacancy: 1746 Posts

Educational Qualification: Candidates Should Possess 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Education Board/ University. In case of Ex-Servicemen, the minimum educational qualification shall be Matriculation.
Physical Standard: For being eligible for the post of Constable in District Police Cadre, minimum height required for male candidates is 5 feet 7 inches and for female candidates is 5 feet 2 inches.

Pay Scale:
INR
19900/- Per Month

Age Limit: 18-28 Years.

For General: Rs. 1100/- (Application Fee Rs. 450/- + Examination Fee Rs. 650/-)
For Ex-Servicemen(ESM) of Punjab State only/Lineal Descendants of ESM: Rs. 500/- (Application Fee Rs. 500/-)
For SC/ST of all States and BC of Punjab State only & EWS Candidates: Rs. 600/- (Application Fee Rs. 450/- + Examination Fee Rs. 150/-)
