Educational Qualification: Should possess a degree or diploma equivalent to degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution; and Should have regularly been engaged for a minimum period of three years in the practice of Electrical Engineering of which, not less than one year should have been spent an a Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Workshop or in generation transmission or distribution of electricity in a position of responsibility.

Age Limit:Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 01/01/2022. The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for Punjab Government employees, the employees of its Boards/Corporations/Commissions and Authorities, and all States/ Central Government employees. The upper age limit is relaxed up to 42 years for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of Punjab.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on a written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Assistant Electrical Inspector in PPSC.
