Candidates must apply online through the official Punjab Vidhan Sabha portal. No other mode of application will be accepted.
- Visit the Official Website: Go to punjabassembly.gov.in/public/jobs.
- Click on Apply: Click "Apply" next to Advertisement No. 01/2026 – Recruitment of Group D Post.
- Fill Basic Details: Enter name, father's/mother's name, date of birth, gender, email ID, and mobile number. Verify mobile number with OTP.
- Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature (JPG format, max 2 MB).
- Fill Contact & Category Details: Enter mailing/permanent address, select category, and upload DOB proof.
- Enter Educational & Other Details: Provide educational qualifications, domicile certificate, nationality, and answer questions regarding Punjabi proficiency (Matric-level Punjabi), PwBD status, criminal proceedings, and government service details.
- Preview and Submit: Review the application, accept the declaration, and click "Confirm & Submit".
- Pay Application Fee: Pay the fee online via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets.
- Print Receipt: Download and print the Payment Receipt and the submitted Application Form for future reference.
