RailTel Corporation of India (RailTel) Invites Application for Advisor Recruitment 2022

RailTel Corporation is a Listed Company and requires dynamic, experienced and result oriented retired Govt. officer, preferably retired officer at GM and above level(E-8) of Coal Sector Business Service, for engagement as Advisor (Coal)/Kolkata to keep the Company getting more and more business from Coal India Limited. The requirement, eligibility criteria etc. are as under:-

Vacancy Notice No. 02/2021

1. Name of post: Advisor (Coal)/Kolkata

2. Number required: 01

3. Eligibility: Retired at Level-14 and above in CDA Pay Matrix (7th CPC) or GM and above in Grade-E-8 (IDA).

4. Experience- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience of internal process of the subsidiaries of Coal India Ltd.

5. Duration of the Service Contract- Duration of Service Contract will be initially for a period of 1 year, further extendable till requirement of services or attaining age of 65 years whichever is earlier.

6. Compensation- Consolidated lump sum payment per month will be equal to Last Pay + DA drawn minus Pension (before commutation). In case the retired employee is not a pensioner, his pay will be fixed at 50% of last pay + DA.

Selection Procedure

1. Procedure of selection- Interview. Vigilance Clearance will be obtained from the organization from which they retired.

2. Medical Examination: The selected candidates will have to undergo Medical examination/health check-up and will be considered for engagement as Consultant/Advisor only if they are found medically fit.
