Educational Qualification: Deputy Manager / Officer (Engineering): Regular full-time B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Civil or equivalent from a recognized institute/university with first division or equivalent CGPA. Deputy Manager (F&A) / Officer (F&A): Chartered Accountancy/ Cost and Management Accountancy. Deputy Manager (HR) / Officer (HR): Regular fulltime two-year MBA / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma or equivalent with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent from recognized institute/ university with first division or equivalent CGPA. Deputy Manager (IT) / Officer (IT): Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent from recognized institute/ university with first division or equivalent CGPA OR Post Graduate Degree viz.
