Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES) has announced a recruitment drive for the year 2025-26 to fill the position of Manager. This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to join RITES on an immediate absorption basis. The recruitment is specifically targeted at officials currently working in Indian Railways on a regular/permanent basis.

Eligibility for Manager

• Essential: Candidates must be Graduates. The post is to be filled on an immediate absorption basis from officials working in Indian Railways on a regular/permanent cadre.
• Experience: Candidates must possess experience in Railway Design and Operation as per the requirement of the post.
• Documents Required: No Objection Certificate, Vigilance/D&AR clearance records, and APARs/ACRs for the past 5 years (with grading/score) must be submitted.

Salary/Stipend

The selected candidates will be paid a salary in the range of Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000.

Selection will be scrutinized on a 100-point scale based on the following parameters:

• Vigilance records.
• APAR score/grading for the last 5 years.
