Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for General Manager (HR)

• Essential Qualification: Degree from a recognised university. MBA with specialization in Personnel Management.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years' total experience in the field of personnel management, recruitment, promotion, placement, development, manpower forecasting, industrial relations, policy planning matters etc. in Public Sector Enterprises or in Central Govt. organisations, out of which 2 years must in the grade of Rs. 80000-220000 (Revised IDA) or equivalent.
• Desirable: Post Graduate Degree, preferably in Social Sciences. 5 years’ experience at Supervisory level in Central Govt. offices dealing with policy, procedures, planning, recruitment, disciplinary matters etc. Good exposure to Govt. rules and regulations.

Salary/Stipend

• Pay Scale: Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000 (Revised IDA) (E-7).
• Incumbent will be entitled for CPF as per rules of the Company.
• HRA will be provided as per rules of the company.
• Salary Unit: Per month (implied by IDA scale).

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 56 Years as on 30.11.2025.
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and Ex-service men candidate shall be as per Government rules.

Selection Process

Selection shall be based on short listing of candidates by a duly constituted screening committee. Only short-listed candidates will be communicated and called for Personal Interview. Management reserves the rights to fix the criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Interview. SC/ST/PwBD candidates coming from outstation for appearing in the Interview will be paid rail/bus fare as per company rules.

Application Fee

• Application fee @ Rs.1000/- for General and OBC candidates.
• SC/ST/PwBD/Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee as per GoI Rules.
• Fee can be paid via Demand Draft drawn in favor of WAPCOS Ltd payable at Gurugram or Online transfer (Account no. 193502000000028, IFSC Code IOBA0001935). Online payment receipt must be attached with application.
