Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Incubation Manager – KALPATARU CoE, STPI-Visakhapatnam:
  • Education: Graduate from a recognized university. Post Graduation in Management is desirable (not mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of total work experience, of which at least 3 years must be in incubation management and/or incubation ecosystem development.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation is permissible for deserving candidates as per organizational norms.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Screening of Applications: A Screening Committee will review all submitted applications and shortlist candidates based on eligibility, qualifications, and relevant experience.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted (screened-in) candidates will be called for a personal interview before a Selection Committee.
3. Recommendation: A final candidate or panel of candidates will be recommended in order of merit.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview. Candidates are expected to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
