Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: Chartered Accountant (CA) OR Cost Management Accountant (CMA) OR 2 years MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Finance with 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
• Desirable: Company Secretary (CS) / Degree in Law; Knowledge of Accounting Standards (IFRS & Indian GAAP).

2. Experience Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in executive positions in Finance & Accounts.
• Exposure required in areas such as Asset Liability Management, Forex, Treasury, Resource Raising, Risk Assessment, and Taxation.
• For PSU/Govt Candidates: Minimum 2 years in E8 Grade or above (Pay Scale ₹120,000-280,000 IDA or CDA Level 14).
• For Private Sector: Minimum 2 years at level immediately below Board Level in a Listed Company with turnover ≥ ₹5,000 Crore.

3. Age Limit & Relaxation

• Maximum Age: 56 years.
• Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of 10-03-2026 (Closing Date of advertisement).
• Relaxation:
  • PwBD: Additional 10 years over and above category relaxation.
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India directives.
