Constituted on 26th February 1987 under the Spices Board Act, 1986, the Board represents a significant consolidation of India's spice administration, merging the erstwhile Cardamom Board (1968) and the Spices Export Promotion Council (1960).

Beyond trade, it is dedicated to the holistic development of Cardamom (Small & Large), ensuring the welfare of cultivators and the quality of produce. For aspirants seeking stable government jobs and opportunities in agricultural research and trade management, the Board stands as a premier institution for public sector careers.

Candidates looking for the latest sarkari naukri in the commerce and agriculture sectors frequently monitor the official Spices Board recruitment notifications. By adhering to transparent recruitment policies, the Board ensures that eligible candidates can contribute to the nation's agricultural export goals.
