Eligibility for Deputy Director

  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 64 years as of the opening date for receipt of applications.
  • Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Essential Experience:
    • 3 years in handling administrative or sports administration matters.
    • 3 years in handling finance and accounts related matters.
  • Service Requirement: Candidates must be retired officers from Central/State Government, PSUs, or Statutory bodies who held:
    • A post in Level-11 or equivalent in their parent cadre, OR
    • At least 5 years of regular service in Level-10 (7th CPC).

Salary / Remuneration

  • Monthly Pay: A fixed amount calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement.
  • Transport Allowance: Rs. 10,800 per month.
  • Leave: 1.5 days of leave per month on a pro-rata basis (18 days per year).
  • Excluded Benefits: No annual increments, Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, medical reimbursement, or LTC are provided.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be scrutinized based on experience and job description and then called for an interview. Selection is based on the recommendations of the Interview Committee.
