Eligibility for Deputy Director
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 64 years as of the opening date for receipt of applications.
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Essential Experience:
- 3 years in handling administrative or sports administration matters.
- 3 years in handling finance and accounts related matters.
- Service Requirement: Candidates must be retired officers from Central/State Government, PSUs, or Statutory bodies who held:
- A post in Level-11 or equivalent in their parent cadre, OR
- At least 5 years of regular service in Level-10 (7th CPC).
Salary / Remuneration
- Monthly Pay: A fixed amount calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement.
- Transport Allowance: Rs. 10,800 per month.
- Leave: 1.5 days of leave per month on a pro-rata basis (18 days per year).
- Excluded Benefits: No annual increments, Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, medical reimbursement, or LTC are provided.
