Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Assistant Director

  • Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Service Background: Must be retired officers from Central/State Government, PSUs, or Statutory organizations who either held a post in Level-10 or equivalent in their parent cadre OR had at least 3 years of regular service in Level-7 (Rs. 44,900 - 1,42,400).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in handling administrative matters, sports administration, and finance/accounts related matters.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 64 years as of the opening date for applications.

Salary / Stipend

  • Remuneration: A fixed monthly amount calculated by deducting the basic pension (including commuted portions) from the last pay drawn.
  • Transport Allowance: Entitled to Rs. 10,800 per month.
  • Leave: 1.5 days of leave on a monthly pro-rata basis (maximum 18 days per year).
  • Restrictions: No annual increments, Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, medical reimbursement, or LTC will be provided.

Selection Process
