Consolidated salary ranging from Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 1,45,000/- per month. Initial remuneration is fixed at Rs. 80,000/- with annual increments up to 7% based on performance. Leave is 2.5 days per completed month (30 days per year). Travel allowances include economy class air travel or AC Two Tier rail for domestic tours, with hotel reimbursement up to Rs. 2,813/- per day plus food/taxi allowances. No HRA, DA, medical reimbursement, or residential phone/personal staff facilities are provided.
Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications followed by an interview. The final merit list is based solely on interview scores.
