Research Officer and Various Posts

Educational Qualification:
Senior Program Officer:
Master's degree in Social Sciences, disaster management studies or environmental science.
Preferably experienced in research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, regulations.
Understanding coastal land and fishing community livelihood issues.
Proficiency in Hindi/English/Marathi.
Ability to write and analyse secondary and primary databases.
Ability to do an independent field survey, and mentor the project staff.
Experience in data analysis and data interpretation and knowledge in SPSS, Excel.
Basic skills in the field of GIS for landscape mapping.

Research Officer:
Master's degree in Social Sciences, disaster studies or environmental or natural science/M.Tech.
Preferably experienced in research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, regulations.
Understanding coastal land and fishing community livelihood issues.
Proficiency in Hindi/English/Marathi.
Ability to write and analyse field data.
Ability to do an independent field survey, and mentor the project staff.
Basic skills in the field of GIS for landscape mapping, and in SPSS, Excel for data analysis.

Research Intern and Field Investigator:
Master's degree in Social Sciences or disaster studies
Understanding coastal land and fishing community livelihood issues
Ability to undertake field work and interview.
Proficiency in Marathi is a must.

Pay Scale:
INR
25000-60000/- Per Month
