Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Psychologist:
- Essential: M.A. (Psychologist) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in psychometric testing, counselling, and therapy. Experience working with cancer/chronic illness patients.
- Tutor (Allied Health Sciences / Paramedical):
- Essential: M.Sc. in the respective discipline (Operation Theatre, Anesthesia Technology, or Radiology/Radiological Technology).
- Desirable: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline and minimum 1 year of academic/teaching experience.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process involves a written MCQ test covering Current Affairs, General Knowledge, English, Aptitude, Reasoning, Mathematics, and MS Office proficiency. Candidates qualifying the written exam will be called for a skill test/interview. The agency reserves the right to limit candidates called for the interview based on vacancies and qualification scores. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
