Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Assistant General Manager (Engineering)
- Essential: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification managerial experience in Shipbuilding, Ship Repair, Engineering companies, or related industries.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications (AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office).
Eligibility for Senior Manager (Electrical)
- Essential: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification managerial experience in similar industries.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications (AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office).
Eligibility for Manager (Mechanical)
- Essential: Degree in Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 9 years post-qualification managerial experience in similar industries.

- Experience: Minimum 9 years post-qualification managerial experience in Quality Control of Outfitting/Machinery/Piping/Electrical functions.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications (AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office).
Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Mechanical)
- Essential: Degree in Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial experience in similar industries.

- Essential: (a) Recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering; (b) Diploma in Industrial Safety or Fire Safety.
