The remuneration for the Bank's Medical Consultant will be fixed at ₹ 1000/- per hour for the entire period of the contract (3 years). This is a fixed hourly remuneration payable monthly. Out of the total monthly remuneration, ₹1000/- shall be treated as conveyance expenses, and reimbursement of mobile charges of ₹1,000/- per month will be provided. No superannuation benefits (PF, Pension, Gratuity) or leave will be applicable.
Selection will be made through an interview of eligible candidates. The Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards to limit the number of candidates called for the interview. Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to medical tests at their own cost before engagement. The final appointment is subject to being found medically fit and acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
