Applications are invited for the following temporary positions under the project entitled "Strengthening child protection system in the state of Uttar Pradesh" funded by the UNICEF.

1. Post Name: Training and Capacity Building Officer

2. Educational Qualification and Experience: Post-graduate degree in relevant field (such as Social Child Welfare Human Rural Development / Rural Management /Public Health/ Work/ Family Development/ and Development Studies/ Criminal Criminology Law/ and Justice Administration /Social Sciences). At least seven years relevant demonstrated experiences in planning, designing, management, implementation, monitoring and supervision of child protection programme strengthening, alternative care. case management, gate keeping, community awareness, ending violence against children and women, training, and capacity building of related functionaries.

a. Good understanding of child protection related national laws and international instruments. guidelines and standards, legislations and flagship programmes/schemes including Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, POCSO Act, the prohibition of child marriage Act, Child Protection Services, One Stop Centre, Mahila Shakti Kendra, strengthening programme, and other related social protection schemes.

b. Considerable experience and expertise in developing training module for the training of CP functionaries including police and have facilitation skills of state level consultation, workshop and training. including institutional CP system improving care, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, family  Previous working experience with government department/home/police will have added advantage

3. Salary: 100,000/ month
