Educational Qualification:
Consultant: Applicant must have Bachelor in Bio Medical Engineering/ Master degree in public Health/ Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Health Management/ Hospital Management/ Public Health from recognized Institution/Univer sity of India
Company Secretary: Applicant must be Company Secretary having registration with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Manager (Legal): Applicant must have Bachelor Degree in Law(LLB) from UGC recognized Indian University.
Manager (Quality Control): B.Pharma/M.Pharma.
Personal Assistant (Managin g Director Office) & Add Managing Director office): Graduate with Computer & Shorthand Certificate from Recognized University/ institution with minimum speed 80 wpm in Hindi.
Account Officer: Applicant must be CA (Inter)/ ICWA (Inter) or M.Com.
Pay Scale:
INR
15600-39100/- Per Month
Age Limit: 55 Years.

Government of Uttar Pradesh is committed to provide timely and effective Health Care Services to the people of Uttar Pradesh. A majority of the poor people of Uttar Pradesh usually depend on Public/Government Health Care Delivery Systems to address their preventative and curative health needs. Optimal availability of good quality drugs procured at competitive prices, quality provision of health related services and proper construction and maintenance of health facilities are of paramount importance for better Health Care Delivery. In such a scenario, the financing and supply of drugs, services, etc. for government health services has become one of the key concerns for GoUP.
In the present scenario, a majority of underprivileged and poor people in the state of Uttar Pradesh are deprived of proper health facilities. The lower section of the society depends completely upon the public health sector to fulfill their medical needs. The current need of the government is to fulfill these needs.
UPMSC has come up as an organization for the centralized and transparent procurement and distribution of drugs, equipments and other consumables. UPMSC ensures availability of quality drugs, medical equipments at lowest costs at various warehouses across the state under the charge of UPMSC.
