Educational Qualification: M.Phil/Ph.D

Applications are invited for one post of Fellow on deputation filled up in the pay scale of Level 11 Rs. 67700-208700 in pay matrix as per 7th CPC (Pay Band –III, Rs. 15600-39100+GP 6600) plus allowances.

4. Professional duties and responsibilities of Fellow, VVGNLI:

i. Undertake independent research studies on different dimensions of labour and related areas.

ii. Organise training programmes for different target groups concerned with labour and employment.

iii. Organise and co-ordinate seminars and workshops at both national and international level

iv. Involved in undertaking collaborative activities with various Institutions /universities working

v. Bring out research and training based publications for wider dissemination.

vi. Provide inputs for policy formulation related to labour.

5. Educational Qualifications:

(i) Ph. D. in Social Science or relevant area from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) An eminent scholar with good publication record.

6. Essential: (i) 6 years’ experience in labour related research, training, teaching, education project coordination and management.

7. Desirable

(i) Proven ability in different areas of pedagogic analysis.

(ii) Proven Capacity in creating labour information/skill sets.

(iii) Research papers in reputed journals and/or major national and/international seminars.

(iv) Proven record of organizing/coordinating research teams.

Pay Scale: INR 67700 - 208700(Per Month)
