• Essential Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Social Work, Management, Psychology, or any other relevant Social Science discipline from a recognised institution.
• Desirable Experience: Programme management, working with government health systems or district administrations, stakeholder coordination, social research, and documentation.
• Desirable Skills: Strong programme coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to speak Garo language.

Nursing Consultant (6 Posts)

• Essential Qualification: Master's degree in Nursing (MSc Nursing) in the relevant specialisation — Obstetrics & Gynaecology Nursing, Paediatrics Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, or Community Health Nursing — with valid registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
• Desirable Experience: Clinical teaching, mentorship, supervision, competency-based education, quality improvement, and emergency care.
• Desirable Skills: Clinical mentorship, documentation, and the ability to speak and write in local languages (Khasi, Garo, or Pnar).
• Work Location: Shillong with extensive travel across Meghalaya.

Selection Process

The selection process involves two stages:
