The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur, an apex healthcare institute established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradmantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY), has invited applications from Indian Nationals for the recruitment of Pharmacist, Nursing Officer, Technician, and Data Entry Operator.

This recruitment is for positions on a contractual basis up to 31st March 2026 (extendable). This is a direct recruitment process based on shortlisting and interview. There is no written examination (Computer Based Test or OMR) for this recruitment.

4. Eligibility Criteria

A. Educational Qualification

• Pharmacist / Nursing Officer:
  • Option 1: B. Pharmacy from a recognized university + Registered with Pharmacy Council.
  • Option 2: B.Sc Nursing from a recognized university + Registered with Indian Nursing Council.
  • Option 3: Approved Diploma in Pharmacy/GNM Nursing from an institute recognized by PCI/INC + Registered with respective Council.
• Technician:
  • Option 1: B.Sc in Radiological Imaging techniques + 2 years experience as Radiographer.
  • Option 2: Diploma in Radiological Imaging techniques + 3 years experience as Radiographer.
  • Option 3: B.Sc in Emergency Medical Technology + 2 years experience as Medical Technician.
• Data Entry Operator (DEO):
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in health programme.
  • Working knowledge and experience in Computer Application.
  • Knowledge of filing, indexing, drafting, and document management.

B. Age Limit & Relaxation

Age as on: Age is calculated as of the last date of submission of application (25/02/2026). Age limit refers to completed age in years.

• Pharmacist/Nursing Officer/Technician: Up to 30 Years.
• Data Entry Operator: Up to 28 Years.
• Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC as per Government of India rules (Candidates should refer to standard government norms if specific details are not mentioned in the text).

C. Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: Mandatory post-qualification experience (2-3 years depending on post) is required.
• Registration: Candidates for Pharmacist/Nursing Officer must possess valid registration with the respective Council (Pharmacy/Indian Nursing).
• Medical Fitness: Appointment is subject to medical fitness from a competent medical board.
• NOc: Candidates working in Govt/Semi-Govt jobs must submit a "No Objection Certificate" at the time of the interview.

5. Selection Procedure

The selection is purely based on shortlisting and Interview. There is NO written examination.

1. Application Scrutiny: A committee will scrutinize applications to verify eligibility (Qualification, Experience, Age, Category).
2. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on educational qualifications, relevant experience, and merit. If applications are high, a screening test may be conducted (not mentioned as mandatory).
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at AIIMS Nagpur.
4. Final Selection: Based on performance in the interview and minimum qualifying marks set by the Selection Committee.
