Vacancy Details

Eligibility for Post-Doctoral Fellow

• Essential: PhD in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health systems research, behavioral science, health economics. OR MBBS with MD in Public Health/Community Medicine/Clinical subjects with interest and commitment to building a research career. A full-time PhD or MD as specified above.
• Experience: The experience requirement specified should be experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications required for the post. Age concession to the extent of service rendered in other research projects may be admissible.
• Desirable: Proficient (or willingness to build skill) in using software for quantitative (Stata or R), qualitative (NVivo) or mixed methods analysis and Grant writing.

Salary/Stipend

A consolidated monthly salary of ₹1,30,000/- PM. The salary is a consolidated sum without any other benefits. No TA/DA will be admissible to appear in the interview.

Selection Process

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an online interview via email. The selection process is managed by the Centre investigators from AIIMS Jodhpur and the University of Leicester.

General Instructions: The post is filled up on a purely temporary basis, co-terminus with the project duration. Persons working in Govt. or Public Sector undertaking should produce "No Objection Certificate" at the time of Interview.
