On line applications are invited from suitable candidate for filling up following Group ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ posts on DEPUTATION BASIS in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh, 249203.Essential qualification, experiences etc. required for applying for these posts are as under: -

1. Post Name: Financial Advisor

2. Group: A

5. Qualification: 

(i) Officers in the group ‘A’ of Organised Account Service who are empanelled for appointment as Director in the Central Government Ministeries/Department Or

(ii) Officers in other Group ‘A’ Central Service who are empanelled for appointment as Director in the Central Government and who have working experience of at least three years in the field for Finance and Account Or

(iii) Officers serving in the State Government’s Finance Service drawing a Grade pay of Rs. 8700/- and above are eligible. Failing (i), (ii) and (iii) above, officers of Organised Account service holding the post of Deputy Secretary or equivalent on regular basis, in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 of Rs. 7600/- Or Other Officers with 5 years regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary in the grade pay of 7600/- having three years experience in the field of Finance and Accounts can be considered.

b. Essential:- 1. At least a second-class Master’s Degree in Science (Preferably in Biological Science) of a recognized university or equivalent. 2. Degree or equivalent Diploma in Lib Science of a recognised Institution or University; and 3. 07 years’ experience in supervisory capacity in a library of standing.

c. Desirable: - I. Master’s Degree in Library Science; II. Training in Medical Librarianship III. Experiences of documentation work in a responsible capacity IV. Knowledge of Sanskrit and any Modern European Language other than English.
