Eligibility Criteria for Advisor

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Desirable Qualification: M.Tech / Post Graduate qualification in Management will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing and quality domains with expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing systems. Extensive experience in the defence manufacturing sector is mandatory. Must have thorough understanding of functioning and operational practices of Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs). Prior experience with MNCs and global best practices is an added advantage.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 64 years as on 07 February 2026.
