Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E
BMRCL invites applications from qualified and experienced officers for appointment to the post of Dy. Chief Engineer (Quality) in the Project Wing. The appointment will be on “Contract basis” only
1. Post Name: Deputy Chief Engineer (Quality)
2. No of Posts: 02
3. Minimum Educational Qualification: BE/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering from an Institution of repute.
4. Experience:
i. Total Professional Experience of 15 years.
ii. 12 years of experience in projects of Railways/NHAI/Metros including execution of Flyovers, Bridges and similar structures.
iii. He should have headed QA/QC works in infrastructure projects for 5 years. Out of which minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC in last 5 years.
iv. He should preferably have experience related to;
a. Execution of pile foundations& pile caps, pier & pier caps, launching of concrete members and installation of bearings.
b. Experience in Pre-Stressing of structural members.
c. Experience in Fabrication and Erection of Composite Girders.
d. Conducting and witnessing of tests on;
e. Should be well-versed with relevant Indian and International codes and Specifications.
f. Conversant with Preparation and Evaluation of Method Statements, Mix Designs and Quality Assurance Plans.
g. Conversant with Evaluation of Test Reports including NDT Reports as per codal provisions.
5. Pay Scale: Consolidated pay Rs. 1,40,000 plus applicable allowances
6. Period:
The tenure of contract appointment will be 3 years. The contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 3 months’ notice or by paying the contractual remuneration of three months in lieu of notice period, if the circumstances so warrant.

Selection Procedure
1. Selection will be through interview by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority.
2. The shortlisted candidates will be informed by email / SMS to appear for interview as and when called, at their own cost.
