Eligibility Criteria for BEL Field Operation Engineer 2026
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech in the following engineering disciplines from a recognized University/Institution:
- Electronics
- Electronics & Communication
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Telecommunication
- Communication
- Mechanical
Note: Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with the minimum required class (Pass Class for GEN/OBC/EWS and SC/ST/PwBD).
2. Experience Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of working knowledge is mandatory. Candidates must have experience in any one of the following domains:
- Electronics Domain: RF & Microwave, C4I systems, Testing, Troubleshooting of RADAR, Control Centre, and C4I systems. Periodic/Breakdown maintenance of Defense/Civil equipment (Warranty/AMC).
- Mechanical Domain: High Mobility Vehicle (HMV), Prime Mover, Trailer, Air Conditioners (ACs), Diesel Generators (DG Sets). Periodic/Breakdown maintenance of Mechanical/Electromechanical Defense/Civil equipment (Warranty/AMC).
