  • 3 years regular service in Pay Level-6 with Accounts experience, OR
  • Working in Organized Accounts Dept. as Accountant/Jr. Accountant in Pay Level-6 with 3 years service.

4. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (Pay Level-4)
