Educational Qualification: JRF: BE / B.Tech / M.Sc. in Electronics / Physics / ECE / EEE / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication / Microwave / Mechatronics / MEMS or equivalent. + Selection through National Eligibility Tests (e.g., CSIR UGC NET, GATE). PAT-II: BE / B.Tech / M.Sc. in Electronics/ECE/EEE/Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering /Electronics & Telecommunication / Microwave / Mechatronics / MEMS / Physics or equivalent + 2 years R&D experience. PAT-I: B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering / ECE / E&I / Electronics and Electrical Engineering or M.Sc. in Electronics or equivalent.

Pay Scale: INR 25000-37000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.
