Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for PAT-I (Post Code 3359)

• Essential: M.Sc. (Electronics/ Physics/ Applied Physics/ Applied Electronics/ E&I) or BE/ B.Tech in relevant branches (EEE/ Electronics/ EE/ ECE/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Optoelectronics/ Microelectronics/ Applied Physics/ Nanotechnology/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ VLSI Design/ Instrumentation) or equivalent.
• Note: Candidates with above qualifications without experience can also apply.
• Salary: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA (for NET/GATE qualified) OR Rs. 25,000/- + HRA (others).
• Age Limit: 35 Years.

Eligibility for Project Technical Support-III (Post Code 3360)

• Essential: Three Years Graduate degree in relevant subject/field + three Years experience OR PG in relevant subject/field OR Four Years Graduate Degree in Engineering/IT/CS. Specializations in Electronics/Embedded System/ECE/EE/EEE/Instrumentation/Control System/Power Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Robotics/Mechanical/Physics/Computer Science/IT/AI/ML/Data Science etc.
• Desirable: Preferably with knowledge of ROS, Gazebo, RViz, CV, NLP, LLM GenAI etc.
• Salary: Rs. 28,000/- (Fixed).
• Age Limit: 35 Years.

Eligibility for Project Technical Support-I (Post Code 3360)

• Essential: 10th + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/ITI or equivalent) + two Years experience OR Three years Graduate degree + one year experience in relevant specializations (Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Robotics/Mechanical/Physics/Computer Science/IT/AI/ML/Data Science etc.).
• Salary: Rs. 18,000/- (Fixed).
• Age Limit: 28 Years.

Eligibility for PAT-I (Post Code 3361)

• Essential: B.E./ B.Tech. in relevant branches (EEE/ Electronics/ EE/ ECE/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Microelectronics/ Mechanical/ Applied Physics/ Instrumentation) or equivalent OR M.Sc. (Electronics/ Physics/ Applied Electronics/ E&I) or equivalent.
• Note: Candidates with above qualifications without experience can also apply.
• Salary: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA (for NET/GATE qualified) OR Rs. 25,000/- + HRA (others).
• Age Limit: 35 Years.

Eligibility for Project Assistant-II (Post Code 3361)

• Essential: B.Sc./ 3 Years Diploma.
• Salary: Rs. 20,000/- (Fixed).
• Age Limit: Age limit not specified separately (general upper age applies).

Eligibility for PAT-I (Post Code 3362)

• Essential: B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. in relevant branches (Electronics/ ECE/ EEE/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical Engg./ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Microwave/Mechatronics/MEMS/Physics) or equivalent.
• Note: Candidates with above qualifications without experience can also apply.
• Salary: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA (for NET/GATE qualified) OR Rs. 25,000/- + HRA (others).
• Age Limit: 35 Years.

Selection Process

Applications will be screened by a Standing Screening Committee. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Online/In-Person Interview via Microsoft Teams or in person. Selection is based on performance in the interview. Panels may be recommended for future engagements.
