Skills / Eligibility
The institute is recruiting four (04) number of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under each of the four (04) CSB funded projects through walk-in interview to be held on 25/04/2022. The eligible candidates are advised to appear for the interview on the said date. The details of the projects are as follows: 1. Post Name : Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 2. No of post : 04 3. Essential Qualification : a) M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Genetics/ Molecular Genetics/ Microbiology/ Life Sciences with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). b) M.Sc. in Entomology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Genetics/ Molecular Genetics/ Microbiology/ Life Sciences with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). c) M.Sc. in Sericulture/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Genetics/ Molecular Genetics/ Microbiology/ Life Sciences with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). d)M.Sc. in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/ Genetics/ Molecular Genetics/Microbiology/Life Sciences with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). 4. Desirable : a) Experience in virology will be preferred. b) Experience in entomology will be preferred. c) Experience in silkworm rearing will be preferred. d) Experience in bioinformatics will be preferred 5. Emoluments: Junior research fellow (JRF with NET/GATE) @Rs.31000/- per month + admissible HRA; for non-NET candidates @Rs.21000/- per month + admissible HRA.
